CAREER DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
EMPHASIS - SPECIAL POPULATIONS
Counseling and Career Development
The Career Development Coordinator with an emphasis in Special Populations reports directly to the Counseling and Career Development Manager. Partners with agency managers and staff, technology centers, schools, various committees, and external constituencies in gathering and analyzing data to align strategies, structures, people, and processes to support student differences, maximize fairness, create foundations for belongingness, and increase students' access and opportunities for high-quality experiences within the CareerTech System. Coordinate and provide services that will enhance opportunities for individuals within special populations to fully participate in career and technology education. Provide expertise, consultation, and leadership in working with technology centers career advisement on recruiting non-traditional students.
Position officed on-site at CareerTech in Stillwater, OK. Frequent in-state travel, occasional out of state travel. Hiring is contingent upon successful completion of background check.

Salary/Benefits: $56,985.95 - $63,421.34 commensurate with education or experience. Total salary and benefits package valued at $69,536.53 - $76,456.30
