Eskimo Joe's Promotional Products Group is looking to hire an Expo Production Associate!

As an Expo Production Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our print production processes. Your proactive approach to preparation, troubleshooting, and communication will help maintain a smooth and productive workflow on the press floor, minimizing downtime and optimizing operations.

This application will close on Monday, October 28th at 10AM.

This is a full-time position weekdays from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing the next job for each press by reviewing the production schedule and gathering necessary screens and tools.
• Organizing screens into racks specific to each press's schedule to reduce transition time between jobs.
• Ensuring product availability and pushing required items to the corresponding press areas.
• Monitoring print runs and conducting quality audits to ensure high standards are met.
• Adjusting print parameters such as speed, pressure, and angles to optimize each run for quality and efficiency.
• Operating the press as needed and stepping in as a Press Operator when required.
• Communicating effectively with management and press operators to address concerns and suggest workflow improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of printing processes and production schedules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in our screen-printing process is required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
