In your role as a full-time General Office Clerk II that reports to the Supervisor, you will be responsible for all things ACA. Yes, the Affordable Care Act! Your goal will be to ensure all records and supporting documentation are collected and inputted into the Governmental database to help process applications on a timely basis.

Position Overview

  • Accurately performing data entry into Governmental databases
  • Reviews submitted documentation to ensure compliance with eligibility determinations
  • Generates requests (written or verbal) for additional information or communication needs
  • Processes supporting verification documentation
  • Provides telephone support utilizing clear and effective communication skills
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Engaging, outgoing, accepting, and supportive personality (Yes, there is a reason this is listed first!)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Strong clerical skills including accurate data entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work cohesively within a team environment
  • While we do encourage exercise and living well, the reality is that this is an office job. Being able to sit for longer periods of time is a must.
