We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, The Links at Stillwater Apartments!

In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in responding to the repair needs of , as well as performing preventative maintenance within the community. You will have the benefit of living on-site, saving time and gas every day!

Responsibilities

• Responding to maintenance requests
• Cleaning and maintaining apartment units, and other community amenities
• Conducting property inspections
• Moving furniture when needed
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• General customer service and commitment to satisfaction
• Past property maintenance experience

******* A plus if you are HVAC or CPO Certified!
