Develop and deliver technical training programs aligned with manufacturing operations and business objectives. Define learning goals and create training plans to support safe and efficient production. Create training materials, including outlines, manuals, lab exercises, and assessments, tailored to magnet manufacturing processes and equipment. Conduct engaging classroom and hands-on sessions covering safety protocols, equipment setup, production workflows, programming, and troubleshooting. Administer written and practical exams to evaluate employee learning and performance. Provide constructive feedback and track individual progress through performance reports. Continuously update training content to reflect process improvements, new technologies, and evolving best practices. Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operations leadership to align training with production needs. Qualifications.
