Job Title: Stick/MIG Welder

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Stick/MIG Welder to join our team in Stillwater, OK. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with welding and fabrication, especially using Stick and MIG techniques. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality workmanship and supporting our production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Stick and MIG welding on various metals and alloys
• Weld and fabricate tanks and handrails
• Fit and install handrails, stairs, and plates
• Assist with general shop and fabrication work
• Set up and operate welding tools and equipment
• Inspect and test welds to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Stick and MIG welder
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, fabrication, and safety procedures
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings (preferred)
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Welding certification preferred but not required - must pass weld test
