You'll partner closely with Go-To-Market, Sales and Delivery teams to architect scalable, sustainable systems that drive long-term value. This role blends technical depth, strategic advisory and client leadership.We're intentional about who we bring on board. We're looking for someone who not only understands architecture but can communicate it clearly, build trust quickly and guide clients confidently through complex decisions.Location Preferences: We'd love for you to join us from one of our offices in OKC, Tulsa, Stillwater or Raleigh-Durham, NC. Remote work may be possible depending on the situation, let's chat.Salary Range: $110,000–$160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.What You'll DoArchitect scalable, secure and high-performing data and analytics solutions across modern cloud platformsTranslate complex business objectives into clear technical architecture and implementation strategyLead solution design conversations with executive and technical stakeholdersEvaluate trade-offs across cost, performance, scalability and long-term maintainabilityDevelop high-level architecture diagrams, solution proposals and technical positioning materialsGuide MVP and proof-of-concept development effortsPartner with Sales and Go-To-Market teams during discovery and pre-sales engagementsMentor engineers and consultants, providing architectural guidance and best practicesIdentify expansion opportunities within client accounts through trusted technical leadershipWhat You'll NeedMust-Haves8–10+ years of experience in data, analytics, cloud architecture or related technology consultingProven experience designing end-to-end data and analytics architecturesStrong understanding of modern cloud platforms and data ecosystemsExperience leading complex technical discussions with senior client stakeholdersAbility to clearly communicate architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong problem-solving skills with strategic and systems-level thinkingWhat We'd Like You to HaveDeep experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, Redshift or similarExperience with orchestration and transformation tools such as dbt, Matillion, Fivetran or PythonBackground in pre-sales or solution positioningExperience mentoring consultants or leading technical teamsFamiliarity with emerging AI capabilities and how they integrate into modern data platformsWhy InterWorksInterWorks is a people-focused tech consultancy that empowers clients with customized, collaborative solutions, and we love pursuing innovation alongside people who inspire us.
