Weekdays 8am-5pm
Weekend or evening hours, only as needed
On call rotation to begin after 6mos. On call approximately every 7 weeks.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Help Desk Support Technician provides Tier I technical support for personal computers, software, peripherals, and network connectivity across all departments. This position ensures prompt response to service requests, proper documentation, and high customer satisfaction, enabling seamless clinical and administrative operations throughout Stillwater Medical.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required; certifications (CompTIA A+, Net+) or college coursework in IT or healthcare preferred
