Description:

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Test Coordinator for a hybrid opportunity (3 days a week onsite in Columbia, SC, 2 days remote). The Candidate will oversee and coordinate system integration testing efforts across internal teams and external partners, ensuring test execution is organized, measurable, and aligned with project timelines. This role will focus on tracking test progress, maintaining visibility into results, and driving effective communication throughout the testing lifecycle.

Required Qualifications of the Test Coordinator:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
  • Advanced experience in a Test Coordinator or similar testing-focused role
  • Proven background supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) activities
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or nCino platforms
  • Experience coordinating testing efforts across multiple stakeholders or partner teams
  • Strong ability to develop, track, and analyze testing metrics and KPIs
  • Experience communicating testing updates and results to customers or external partners
  • Proficiency with test management and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills/Experience of the Test Coordinator:
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis related to testing outcomes
  • Background in financial services, lending, or credit environments
Responsibilities of the Test Coordinator:
  • Coordinate testing activities with external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Maintain and track test plans, scenarios, and results throughout the testing lifecycle
  • Create and monitor KPIs to measure testing progress and effectiveness
  • Provide regular updates and clear communication to stakeholders and customers
  • Utilize tools such as ADO and Salesforce/nCino to manage testing workflows
  • Identify testing risks or issues and escalate as needed
Work Location: Hybrid - Columbia, SC (onsite Tuesday-Thursday)
