Details Acute care hospital setting within the Acute Therapy Services department Day shift schedule Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent physical therapy experience Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the specialty being submitted Active license required at time of consideration, if applicable No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided Valid U.S. Social Security Number required No employment gaps of 90 days within the past 12 months Additional Information Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, but must be made up during the assignment Local candidates accepted, though bill rate may be adjusted for those within 50 miles of the facility Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or reassignment outside the radius American Traveler Job ID P-736855.
