Are you a skilled welder who takes pride in quality workmanship? We're looking for a dependable and motivated Welder to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding (depending on project requirements)

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components

Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy

Operate welding equipment and related tools safely

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Assist with general shop duties as needed

Requirements

Previous welding experience preferred

Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints

Knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices

Strong attention to detail

Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Welding certifications are a plus

Fabrication experience

Experience with manufacturing, construction, or industrial welding

Ability to operate grinders, saws, and other shop equipment
